These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Funtoosh mobile applications and website at funtooshcartoon.com, operated by Funtoosh Pvt. Ltd. ("Funtoosh", "we", "us").
By downloading, installing or using any Funtoosh app, or by accessing this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are a parent or guardian allowing a child to use Funtoosh, you are accepting these Terms on the child's behalf.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Funtoosh.
Funtoosh is intended for use by children aged 3 and above under the supervision of a parent or guardian. All subscription purchases must be made by an adult (18 years or older).
By purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the parent or guardian of the child who will use the service.
Each Funtoosh app is available on its own subscription. Plans and pricing vary by app:
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Current pricing for each app is always displayed on its Google Play Store listing before purchase and is subject to change.
Subscriptions are billed through the Google Play Store. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your Google Play account settings.
We may offer a free trial period from time to time. If a free trial is available, it will be clearly indicated on the Play Store listing. Unused free trial time is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to Funtoosh content until the end of the paid period.

Funtoosh grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Funtoosh apps and content for personal, non-commercial, educational and entertainment purposes for your family.

All content available through Funtoosh — including but not limited to stories, comics, audiobooks, videos, games, graphics, characters, logos and text — is the intellectual property of Funtoosh Pvt. Ltd. or its content licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
The "Funtoosh" name, logo and all related marks are trademarks of Funtoosh Pvt. Ltd. You may not use any Funtoosh trademark without prior written consent.
When using Funtoosh, you agree not to:
We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these prohibitions.
Funtoosh is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Funtoosh Pvt. Ltd. disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. While we strive to maintain a high-quality, safe service, we cannot guarantee that all content will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Funtoosh Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of Funtoosh shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update, modify or discontinue any part of the Funtoosh service at any time, including adding or removing content, features or subscription options. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Funtoosh after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Funtoosh at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
You may stop using Funtoosh at any time by cancelling your subscription through the Google Play Store.
Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
